When you're posting video or swf files, try the following and use brackets--[ and ] at the correct places. Rather than providing a link, it will bring the video right on the website here.
Macromedia Flash player--Displays a flash .swf file
Use FLASH inside brackets, then insert video address, then use /FLASH inside brackets.
YouTube Video--Displays video linline from youtube.com. Just paste in the url link that is provided for the video.
Use YOUTUBE inside brackets, then insert video address, then use /YOUTUBE inside brackets.
Google Video--Displays video linline from Google Videos. Just paste in the url link that is provided for the video.
Use GVIDEO inside brackets, then insert video address, then use /GVIDEO inside brackets.
