If the Farm Division coaches feel that any Farm division member is ready to be drafted (before they meet the current game quota of 12), they should post that person's name here, so that we can add thier name to the current list of "Draft Ready" members.
To ensure that the NA and Euro Division captains have the most current list at thier weekly meetings, please submit all new recommendations using this post by Friday of the current week.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Allan, Yvan, or me! |

From what I got to see from the game last night and looking at the Stats. I think for the Crocs they need a little more time. I think if we can get a pratcice in were some of the coaches can work with theme on a personal basis that will help. I do think theres one player on the Eagles that's ready but since im not there Coach I can't make that decsion but only make a suggeston of the fact. The Player is Strelok Perl. |

Strelok has been a member of Eagles since the beginning of the season, if you see where I am getting at |

I know Sarafina personally, and she may not be returning to the league so yeah, don't take her off completely but unless I hear otherwise she can be ignored lul |

We haven't seen Strelok or Sara for quite some time, the rest of the listed are still in the developmental stage of skills acquisition. We'll keep an eye on them, and make recommendations when they are ready. |

Ok cool, I was going by what I saw at the game and by the Stats. So np, if there not ready there not ready. I would still like to see about seting a time when all the coaches are at least some of the coaches and maybe a few vet's can host a special practice maybe kinnd alike aone day hockey camp or somthing for the Farm players aka rookies so we can work on there skills and give them some tips that will hoplfully help them that are in need of some help geting better so they can at some point be ready to move on to the N/A. What im saying is if we have some Farm players that are showing up to play but still haven't made any progress to the point of were they are good enough for the draft. They may get fustrated and quite playing. So that's they way I feel about it any way. |

Well I'm up for that training session, how about holding it on Sundays at some point? They have no Farm games and I'm sure the rink will be free like an hour after the SLCN game. |
