Nice game everyone! Being on the ice this time instead of in the stripes it was an exciting opening game. Both teams were full and good natured nice mixup of players and teams.
Patrice and Merrik both did fantastic in net, not letting much by at all. The final was only 3-1.
Liesa Ember scored for the Whales in period 2. August, Kert and I each scored 1. The first period ended at 0-0!
No penalties were called, we did have a goal briefly called but clarification of rules needs to be done on the faceoff and the goal was returned. (I am writing something up on that this morning) |

I was waiting for this post Jack!
I was very pleased by all who played in this game.
The Refs did an awesome job and TY for that.
The game play was fast a furious! the goalies both
stood on the heads,which made this a very even matchup.
The D was strong,, But hey, we are cobras! and this is how
we roll!
Thx again for all those that played!
BTW, for those of you who may have never heard the term "stood on their heads!"
