I would like to try something a bit different for pre-season Farm and see how it works. Yvan Nagy and Anhayla Lycia are still helping out and Huxley just presented me with some great ideas too it would be great to incorporate. I'd like to look at a different schedule for this pre-season where I can be around too. I was thinking about the following days and times.
Tuesdays: 4:30pm Thursdays: 2pm Fridays: 5pm Sundays: 9:30am
This also hits some Euro friendly times. Farm Games focused on rookies with vets filling in gaps on defense, if needed, and opportunity for new ref training. Thoughts? |

I think various times and the incorporation of vets in the Farm process is a great idea. Farm should be all about access - to training(a wider Farm management base), time availability(various times of Farm games), and game play consistency(ensuring continued attendance). I tend to think of Farm as the children of NA in two respects. One, the success of Farm directly correlates to the continued growth of the NA. Two, it takes a village to raise a child. Anh was pretty much tasked with running farm by herself last season. Anh did a terrific job, but Farm is a job that really should include every single vet in the league. Can someone make a parody poster of "We Want You!!!", replacing Uncle Sam with Anh. |

Anh pointed out that Fridays are usually pretty dead in SL so we thought we should try Thursdays, both the 2pm for Euro friendly and 4:30 for NA. (Gives some extra time before the 6pm games) I'll schedule it for the exhibition season, see how it works out, can reschedule if it flops. |
