The pirate party last night I have to say is one of the most fun events SLHA has had. Lots of thanks out to Katia and Bourque for arranging this and putting so much time into it Big thanks also to Fury for doing a great job DJing.
The party started a bit early with people showing up at 6pm and went on for hours! Everyone's costumes were awesome with obviously time put into them. Merrik and Coco won the best costumes. All hands on deck for dancing next to the gorgeous pirate ship loaned by Marcan Aridian for the event. There was a rather strange mix of heavy rock and 80's music being requested. (It could have been worse..country...:D ) Much of the evening was spent welcoming back Leaf from his crashing. Following dancing and contests we all jumped into the slowly sinking boats and had boat races around the island. No one was killed. We think Renegade won, but no one's really sure.
Late in the evening, hockey fever bit and the guests scattered onto the ice for an impromptu game. Teams were tied at 9-9 at the end of the game so we had to go into a shootout! Again, we think Renegade won, but no one is really sure.

ya, it was a good time. Definetly worth the missed sleep  ( if you think I was boned at the party, you didnt see me at work  )Hope to make the next event too

yea that party was nice only sl party i really had fun at haha even with all the crashing but besides that it was fun
